What would you do with a technology platform that accurately predicts drug efficacy in clinical trials nine times out of ten times? Leapfrog Bio is about to do something amazing! Our breakthrough precision medicine oncology platform is able to represent 95% of all cancer patients and screen hundreds of drugs in parallel to precisely match drugs to patients that could benefit. It has been validated through years of development from benchtop studies all the way to clinical outcomes.

We are a diverse team of scientists and biotech professionals, with one goal: to discover and deliver effective treatments to cancer patients faster. We are building a leading biotechnology company to capitalize on the opportunity to quickly develop cancer therapeutics which work in their intended populations with a high rate of success.

Our business requires rigorous science, partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, and strong support from venture capital. We believe in the value of our approach and believe nothing of value comes easy. We are committed to honoring different opinions, backgrounds, and experiences, which make us stronger. Collaboration is the only way to overcome the enormous challenges of drug development. We would love to hear from you if you share our beliefs.

Leapfrog Bio is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace and welcomes applications from individuals from equity-seeking groups such as women, racialized/visible minorities, indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, persons who identify in the LGBTQ+ community, and others who reflect the diversity of our society.
